Stacy Beckton, Jr has signed his first pro contract with a team in the Netherlands: Feyenoord Rotterdam.

I know that’s all in Dutch, but trust me when I say it announces his addition to the team. He joins fellow American Shavar Reynolds, Jr, formerly of Monmouth and Seton Hall on the squad.

Feyenoord Basketball is based in Rotterdam, the largest city in the Netherlands apart from Amsterdam. They play in the top Dutch league, currently the BNXT League. Feyenoord Basketball will look to rebound from a 10-20 record last year.

Training camp with start for Stacy in mid-August, with league games beginning on October 1. It remains to be seen how much longer Stacy will play in ACE League Orlando, as was mentioned in today’s earlier post.
